Planning consent for 80-home development
Almost 80 houses are set to be built on a site near Barnstaple after planning consent for the scheme was awarded.Devonshire Homes has acquired almost 12 acres of land in Landkey for the new development, to be known as Mazzard View.The scheme will comprise a total of 77 homes, with a mix of two-, three-, four- and five-bedroom properties, together with an affordable housing contribution.Detailed planning permission for the project has been granted by North Devon District Council.Housing Growth Partnership (HGP), a social impact investor backed by Lloyds Bank and the Homes Communities Agency, has invested in the development.
