Planning permission granted for 17 new homes at Muirhead
Briar Homes has been granted planning permission by North Lanarkshire Council for a new £5 million development of 17 private homes for sale at Station Road, Muirhead.Briar Homes is the new private homes arm of AS Homes (Scotland) Ltd – a family-run, Glasgow-based housebuilder with a successful 20-year track record in providing high quality and affordable social housing.The Muirhead development will consist of three and four bedroom detached homes, designed by George Buchanan Architects.Briar Homes launched its first ever development, Calderpark Gardens in Broomhouse, Glasgow in March this year, and almost 50% of homes in the initial sales release are already reserved off-plan.
