Planning permission granted for Lincolnshire homes

Louth is set to welcome new residential developments after Charterpoint, the developer, was granted planning permission for 90 new homes on a 12-acre plot adjacent to Daisy Way.East Lindsey District Council has granted approval for a diverse range of homes, including one, two, three, and four-bedroom residences.The specific quantity and types of homes on the currently vacant site will be determined in the detailed design phase.The development will also incorporate amenities such as a children’s play area, surface water management facilities, sustainable drainage systems, and a green communal area.CEO of Charterpoint Adrian Goose, said: “We are very pleased to have received outline planning permission for this site on the edge of Louth.
