Planning permission granted for Lincolnshire homes
Louth is set to welcome new residential developments after Charterpoint, the developer, was granted planning permission for 90 new homes on a 12-acre plot adjacent to Daisy Way.East Lindsey District Council has granted approval for a diverse range of homes, including one, two, three, and four-bedroom residences.The specific quantity and types of homes on the currently vacant site will be determined in the detailed design phase.The development will also incorporate amenities such as a children’s play area, surface water management facilities, sustainable drainage systems, and a green communal area.CEO of Charterpoint Adrian Goose, said: “We are very pleased to have received outline planning permission for this site on the edge of Louth. It will provide additional much-needed, attractive housing for individuals and families in an area close to the services and amenities that the town offers.“Charterpoint has extensive experience of delivering quality schemes and we look forward to drawing up detailed designs for this site and extending the popular community that we have created at Westfield Park.”
