A prominent site in Birmingham’s Jewellery Quarter is set to be transformed after it received planning permission to be turned into a residential-led scheme.Cornwall House will be redeveloped into 50 one-bed and 51 two-bed apartments across 6-12 storey building that will include two commercial units on the ground floor.Developer HBD is behind the scheme, which has been designed by BPN Architects.The scheme will feature a courtyard, workspaces, lounges and a gym. The upper floors of the six-storey building will include 275sq m rooftop garden.
