Plans approved for £70m Derby Triangle scheme
A major business park development known as the Derby Triangle has got the planning green light.The 50-acre brownfield site is being developed by Network Rail and St Modwen.Earthmoving contractors are already on site and once building work has started the site is expected to sustain around 100 construction jobs each year.Once received, site clearance work is anticipated to start in late 2017, with occupation of the first new commercial spaces expected at the beginning 2019.
