Housing provider Gentoo has secured approval to build more than 300 homes across Sunderland.The city council’s planning committee has given the green light to three developments in Washington, Houghton-le-Spring and Hetton-le-Hole.The first will comprise 56 properties while each of the remaining two will involve 128 homes being constructed.
