Plans Approved for London Residential Scheme

Plans for a new £50 million residential project at Old Oak and Park Royal in London have been approved. Developed by Fruition Properties on the north eastern entrance to the 659 hectare regeneration zone, the project will see the construction of a 20-storey residential tower, along with 2,300 sq ft of commercial space, a new nursery, a church and community facilities.The scheme was designed by Stiff + Trevillion architects and it involves building 85 new homes consisting of one, two and three bedroom apartments.
