Plans approved for new 268-apartment development
Proposals for a new Build-to-Rent residential scheme in Sheffield have been given the greenlight. The development, located at Wicker Island, will comprise three interconnected blocks that will deliver 268 apartments with commercial space, parking and residents amenity space fronting onto the River Don. Designed by Whittam Cox Architects on behalf of developers Brickland, the scheme is set to be situated on the northern city gateway.
