Plans filed for 50 homes in north Belfast
Plans to add to a major housing scheme near the Antrim Road in Belfast have been submitted to Belfast City Council planning officials.The proposals, which were put forward by Ormeau Road-based firm Bluehouse Development Ltd, include a mixture of apartments and houses in Alexandra Park Avenue and Gainsborough Drive.The development is made up of a total of 50 homes. The plans follow on from Apex Housing Association’s 38 dwellings nearby.
