Plans for job-creating development approved
Plans for a job-creating warehouse and office scheme in Stoke-on-Trent has been approved.Land east of Shelton Boulevard, Etruria Valley Business Park has been earmarked for the development by applicant St Modwen.A total of 133,670 sq ft of warehouse and office space is to be created as well as 225 car parking spaces after the go-ahead was granted by Stock-on-Trent City Council.Etruria Valley Business Park is an extension of Festival Park, which was formerly a steelworks extending to c.315 acres.Festival Park has more than 600,000 sq ft of office and business space and in excess 400,000 sq ft of retail and leisure development already completed.
