Plans for mixed-use development revealed
Proposals for a mixed-use scheme involving student accommodation and commercial premises have been published for a site in Birmingham.Land in Pershore Road, Bournville, has been earmarked for the scheme designed by Stourbridge-based Khoury Architects.The plans include the demolition of existing buildings on the site and the creation of 31 student studios and ground floor commercial premises.Birmingham City Council’s planning committee is expected to make a final decision on the proposals in the coming months.The name of the application has been redacted by the authority.
