Plans for phase two altair unveiled
Detailed plans have been submitted for the second phase of the £70m Altair mixed-use scheme in Altrincham town centre.Preliminary work on the 4.5-acre site commenced earlier this year, with demolition and enabling works underway to allow for the construction of phase one, an apartment complex containing 59 flats and ground floor retail space.Developer Nikal’s plans for phase two of the Altair scheme include the construction of four buildings which will offer 91 apartments alongside 44,000 sq ft of leisure and retail accommodation and 20,000 sq ft of grade A office space. The apartments will be constructed by Nikal’s homebuilding arm, Hillcrest Homes.
