Plans in for 240 apartments overlooking docks
Plans have been lodged for a 12-storey scheme overlooking Liverpool’s docks, which features 240 high-quality apartments for market sale and new ground-floor commercial space.North West Industrial Estates has submitted a full planning application to Liverpool City Council to develop a site immediately to the south of Brunswick Dock that is currently used as a car park. The applicant owns the northern part of Brunswick Business Park, which includes the application site, in south Liverpool.The Falconer Chester Hall-designed scheme comprises a podium with a H-shaped building above. There would be 76 one-bedroom and 164 two-bedroom apartments, many with private terraces, as well as 7,373 sq ft of ground-floor commercial space, 192 parking spaces and new public realm.A planning statement in support of the Brunswick Way proposals has been prepared by Euan Kellie Property Solutions.
