Plans in for 300-strong Liverpool scheme
Plans to build a 300-strong apartment scheme on Liverpool’s St Anne Street – which would generate ‘much-needed’ new investment and create hundreds of jobs – have been revealed.The development is earmarked for the site of a former warehousing building used by Litecraft.Approval was granted in 2016 for a 313-strong scheme, with the conditions altered in 2018 to allow for 325 apartments to be built.The design has since “explicitly evolved” from the design brief led by the architects and takes account of the high levPlans to build a 300-strong apartment scheme on Liverpool’s St Anne Street – which would generate ‘much-needed’ new investment and create hundreds of jobs – have been revealed.el discussions with the council.The new application would therefore rise to five and eight storeys, and accommodate 125 car parking spaces.Proposed are 21 studios, 143 one-beds and 136 two-beds.
