Plans in for £50m Burnley scheme
Plans have been submitted for a 500,000 sq ft industrial and warehousing scheme in Burnley, next to the Network 65 Business Park.Eshton is behind the £50m Burnley Bridge South development, which is expected to generate 900 jobs.The success of Burnley Bridge dovetails with Burnley Borough Council’s Local Plan, which targets inward investment, jobs, homes and increased opportunity for the area.The latest phase is set to be jointly marketed by Trevor Dawson and Avison Young.
