Plans in for almost 300 new homes
Plans have been submitted for a new housing development aiming to provide almost 300 homes in the Grove Hill area of Middlesbrough as part of a £50m investment.Thirteen has lodged the application with Middlesbrough Council for a range of affordable homes.The scheme comprises a mix of two, three and four-bed houses and bungalows, which will be in addition to the new development at Bishopton Road that Thirteen completed earlier this year.If approved, Thirteen aims to start work on the new homes in spring next year.
