Plans in for Appleton Thorn Industrial Estate warehouse
P4 Planning has submitted an application for 50,450 sq ft of industrial warehouse accommodation at Appleton Thorn Industrial Estate in Warrington.The proposals to Warrington Borough Council are for a speculative scheme with the investment being made in a bid to bring into use the only remaining vacant plot at the site.It would create job opportunities and complete the “final piece of the jigsaw at this already established and successful employment location”.AEW Architects provided designs for the scheme with DTPC providing transport advice and FPCR input on ecology. Gardiner & Theobold is project manager.
