Plans in for major Northamptonshire industrial project
A property developer has submitted plans to speculatively build a 55,000 sq ft light industrial and warehousing scheme in Northamptonshire.Called Boundary43, the proposed £10m development from Chancerygate, will be located on a 2.5-acre site within the Boundary Road Industrial Estate in Brackley.It will comprise 14 grade A units ranging from 2,050 sq ft to 19,125 sq ft.Properties at Boundary43 will be available on a freehold and leasehold basis.Agents for the development are Brown & Co and White Commercial.Chancerygate currently has more than three million sq ft of industrial space under construction or ready for development across 23 sites, ranging from Bournemouth to Edinburgh.The company also manages in excess of £255m of assets across more than five million sq ft of commercial space in more than 390 units.
