Plans in for Maple Mill transformation
Plans have been submitted to transform the former Maple Mill site in Oldham into an affordable housing scheme.MCI Developments has submitted plans to Oldham Borough Council as it looks to covert the site where the old spinning mill in Hathershaw was once situated into a development of 99 homes.Maple Mill was demolished following a fire and the site has been dormant since 2016.MCI Developments is working alongside Lichfields, E3P, Trevor Bridge Associated, Ironside Farrar and IGE Consulting.
