Plans in for Southampton aparthotel
Plans to convert office space in Southampton into an aparthotel have been submitted.The application concerns a site on Brunswick Place and Kings Park Road, sitting in the city centre.Lined up is transforming the existing office space into a six-unit operation, with the goal being to create “quality short-term accommodation in a sustainable location close to all amenities and transport links”.The plans are with Southampton City Council. A decision could be made later this year.
