Plans have been submitted for the development of a ten-storey education building to be used by Aston University. The university is seeking the go-ahead from Birmingham City Council to construct the building, which will provide approximately 153,000 sq ft of floorspace for educational and academic uses on land at Aston Street.A ground floor café is also proposed, along with 30 secured cycle parking spaces.A number of developments are currently underway or planned as part of the Aston University Campus masterplan.
