Plans in for Trinity Gateway
Plans for the proposed multimillion-pound transformation of a key site in Bolton town centre have been submitted.Following two public consultation events, Beechlane Investments has brought forward proposals for the Trinity Gateway scheme, which includes a 20-storey residential tower of 144 apartments, 30,000 sq ft of grade A office space, a 505-strong multi-storey car park and a major area of public open space.The project represents one of five intervention areas in Bolton Council’s £1.5bn masterplan and will be located on the corner of Bradshawgate and Trinity Street.It has been designed to kick-start the regeneration of this part of the town.Trinity Gateway has been designed by JM Architects with P4 Planning acting as planning consultant. Miller Metcalfe is the appointed agent on the commercial office element.
