Plans lodged for 1,500 homes near Aberdeenshire village
Plans have been submitted for a 1,500 home development on the outskirts of a North-east village.Developers first outlined plans for Kincluny Village in 2011 following a public consultation.The planning permission in principle application has been lodged with Aberdeenshire Council.The plans will also include a village square with provision for shops and cafes, community facilities including a school, sports hall, library, community rooms and a health centre.
