Plans lodged for more than 500 homes in Glenboig
Taylor Wimpey West Scotland has submitted plans for 535 two-storey houses to be built on agricultural land in Glenboig.The proposed houses on Main Street range in size from 730 square feet to 1489 square feet. They would be a mixture of two and three-bedroomed terraced units and semi-detached homes, as well as three and four-bedroomed detaches houses with front and back gardens.The development would require a realigning of a burn on the site, GlasgowLive reports.Taylor Wimpey West Scotland added that the development would have excellent public transport links.
