Plans lodged for new Coseley homes
Plans have been lodged for a new housing development on a site previously used as a leisure facility in Coseley.W13 Developments is seeking the go-ahead from Dudley Metropolitan Borough Council to build 36 residential properties on Pear Tree Lane.The application site is presently vacant but was most recently occupied as Coseley Swimming Baths, a public leisure facility which closed in 2009. Its disused buildings were demolished in 2010.The new proposals aim to provide 25, three-bed and 11, four-bed properties, all with private front and rear amenity spaces and dedicated parking facilities.
