Plans published for second phase of Exchange Square project
Plans to build a 36-storey apartment tower and a 235-bedroom hotel in Birmingham city centre have been formally published.Masshouse Developments, a wholly owned subsidiary of Nikal Ltd, is seeking permission for the second phase of the Exchange Square project.The scheme includes a 32-36-storey building to provide 375 flats as well as 8,500 sq ft of retail/ commercial space alongside a nine and 16-storey hotel.The proposed development would also feature space for 63 cars.
