Plans revealed for £100m Knutsford scheme
Plans have been revealed for a £100m development in Knutsford which would include allotments, a community orchard, sports pitches, area and more than 15 acres of open space.The 36-acre site has been purchased from The Crown Estate and already has outline planning permission for 190 homes.Daresbury-based Redrow Homes (NW) will seek reserved matters consent for properties from its Heritage collection, similar to properties being built in places like Woodford, Sandbach, Hartford and Congleton.
