Plans revealed for £45m PRS development
Plans have been revealed for a £45m development of almost 500 private rented sector (PRS) flats in Sheffield.CODA, LIV Group and developer The Scotfield Group – the developer which brought Ikea to Sheffield – have unveiled plans for the development at Hoyle Street, Shalesmoor.Hoyle Street will be spread across five blocks ranging from four to 20 floors in height.The development will comprise 490 residential units including studios, one-, two- and three-bedroom apartments, 11 four bedroom townhouses, four commercial units totalling 6,000 sq ft, new public squares and pedestrian routes, and a number of private indoor and outdoor amenity spaces for residents.The scheme has been designed by CODA with PRS advice has been provided by build-to-rent specialist LIV Group.
