Plans revealed for Darlington pop-up bar
A North East entrepreneur is set to open a pop-up bar in Darlington later this month (December).Tim Wilks, who launched the popular Lane7 venue in Newcastle three years ago, is set to bring the new bar to the town for a limited time although no launch date has been given.The venture comes on the back of a surge in pop-up bars throughout the UK.Last week, Wilks revealed plans to expand his Lane7 brand into Darlington.He said he had noticed the popularity of Darlington’s nightlife and leisure scene picking up recently and believes it is the “place to be investing in”.
