Plans revealed for new housing development on the edge of Aviemore
A new housing development could be built on a gap site on the edge of Aviemore.Plans have been revealed for 32 apartments on the site close to the village centre off Grampian Road.The project is being developed by Cairngorm Residential Ltd, which has applied to the national park authority for permission to build in the area.The site will include 48 parking spaces and will be powered by a communal central heating and hot water system.
