Plans revealed for new Jewellery Quarter flats
Almost 50 apartments could be constructed in Birmingham’s Jewellery Quarter after new plans were published.Shelby Developments, on behalf of Hatchbury Ltd, is seeking permission from the city council for a four-storey development in Camden Street which would feature 48 flats.The existing commercial buildings on the site would be knocked down if approval is granted.The scheme would also include 27 car parking spaces.
