Plans revealed for Preston units
Plans have been revealed for a trio of industrial starter units in Preston.The development is lined up for a site off Swan Street.Proposed is establishing the operation on a plot that previously housed a brickwork factory.The three units are aimed at small commercial businesses as storage or small-scale fabrication, with their size expected to “not have an impact” on any of the nearby properties.The application is with Preston City Council, with Equilibrium Architects attached.
