Plans submitted for holiday and leisure development
Plans have been submitted for a new holiday development in Northumberland incorporating 30 bungalow lodges.The hybrid application was submitted to Northumberland County Council by Hedley Planning Services on behalf of Cheviot View Leisure.The application proposes 30 lodges with associated decking and two parking spaces per lodge, along with a storage barn.The lodges will feature two bedrooms, accommodating four guests, and a balcony.The outline application also includes a leisure complex that is expected to house a gym, swimming pool and café.The proposed location for the development is Site 4, Eshottheugh, Felton, which was previously used as a paintballing site and is in close proximity to the Burgham Park Golf Club.
