Plans submitted for new housing scheme
Proposals have been submitted to construct a total of 50 new properties on a site in Leicestershire.Land off Halstead Road, Mountsorrel, has been earmarked for the scheme by applicant Jelson Homes.A final decision is expected to be made by Charnwood Borough Council in the coming months.A document submitted to the authority on behalf of the applicant said: “The applicant is committed to providing high quality housing as well as a scheme that delivers on principles of good urban design.”
