Plans to be revealed for new Snow Hill residential schemeResidential developer HUB is set to reveal initial ideas for a new residential-led development at Snow Hill, Birmingham.The developer bought the site earlier this year, and is looking to deliver scheme which includes homes with shared amenities and enhanced public spaces, using a lower carbon approach.Initial ideas are being shared with local residents and business owners at a consultation coffee morning on the 16th June, at Urban Emporium café on Church Street.HUB is a residential developer with schemes in London, Leeds, Edinburgh and now Birmingham. 2 Snow Hill Plaza will be HUB’s second project in Birmingham, after getting the go-ahead for a 1,223-home mixed-use scheme in Digbeth in November 2020.Damien Sharkey, managing director at HUB, said: “We are excited to be developing plans for our site in Snow Hill, a fantastic part of the city with great transport connections, access to green space, and proximity to the city centre. HUB has a great track record of delivering schemes in close collaboration with communities across the UK.
