Plans to extend small cul-de-sac with 35 new affordable homes
A small cul-de-sac in Ollerton could soon be expanded after a planning application was submitted for the development of 35 new “affordable homes”.The homes would be built upon the unused greenfield land behind Maltkiln Close, which is around one mile away from Ollerton town centre.The site of the proposed housing has Cinder Lane to the west, Maltkiln Close to the north and the land where planning permission was granted for the further development of nine bungalows to the east.
