A commercial garage could be converted into apartments in a North Staffordshire village.Plans for a change of use of the Old Road Garage site at Barlaston have been submitted to Stafford Borough Council.If they are approved existing buildings could be converted into nine new living spaces – a one bedroom property and eight two bedroom apartments – in the future.
