Plans unveiled for £45m Belfast scheme
Property developer South Bank Square has unveiled plans for a £45m scheme featuring 210 apartments in the centre of Belfast.The site – known as The Grattan – will be built on the existing Fanum House pot on Great Victoria Street.It is expected to form part of Belfast’s emerging build-to-rent (BTR) sector.As well as apartments, The Grattan could also feature ground floor commercial space, a residents’ lounge, business suites and fitness facilities.The project will create up to 350 jobs during construction and 40 full-time roles once complete.Work on The Grattan will begin in 2021.
