Plans unveiled for housing on Sussex nightclub site
Plans have been unveiled to transform the site of a nightclub in West Sussex into a 152-home scheme with commercial and retail space.Rainier Developments is preparing proposals for the former MOKA site in Crawley, which are expected to be lodged with the borough council shortly.The land is owned by The Deltic Group which also operates MOKA.The homes will be high-quality apartments, joined by 7,000 sq ft of commercial floorspace, a car club, and an electric vehicle charging hub.
