Plans unveiled for new apartments
Plans have been unveiled for the creation of more than 60 apartments in a new block in Birmingham.MADE Architecture, which is also based in the city, has designed the scheme on behalf of Optivo for land in Ladywood Middleway.The 21,958 sq ft site is currently occupied by a health centre building which would be knocked down to make way for the new development, if Birmingham City Council approves the proposals.A total of 62 flats have been earmarked for the new building.A final decision is set to be made by the council in the coming months.
