Preston development set to move forward
Plans to build a number of commercial units in Preston could soon advance.HBS Group is behind the application, which concerns land on Dunton Lane.Proposed are ten commercial units, alongside car parking space and six for motorcycles.While 37 objections were received from locals, as well as one from Broughton Parish Council, a report to Preston Council’s planning committee ahead of its meeting on 29 April has recommended the plans for approval.Cassidy + Ashton is attached as the agent.
