Primesite Developments completes work on first phase of luxury scheme
Work has completed on the first phase of a luxury residential development on Liverpool’s waterfront.Primesite Developments is working on Strand Plaza, the first eight storeys of which have been built. This amounts to 123 completed apartments out of the 135 planned.The next phase will be the completion of the two top storeys: one which will replace the building’s previous existing concrete parapet and another that will house two luxury penthouses.Primesite Developments purchased the disused former Ministry of Defence building in January 2017, beginning preparatory work immediately and securing planning permission a year later for the two extra storeys. The planning and lead design architect on the project is Brock Carmichael.
