Plans for an 80-strong residential scheme in Toxteth have been approved.Falconer Chester Hall is behind the application, which encompasses both sides of Ducie Street.Proposed is a blend of apartments built behind Victorian terraced facades, with new homes on the opposite side of the road offering a modern interpretation of a terraced street.The 62,000 sq ft scheme is for developer West Tree Estates and will feature a mix of properties to rent and for sale. Croft Housing Association has been appointed to manage the rental homes.
