The HIE-occupied portfolio comprises 2 HIE-owned offices and some 14 offices leased from the private sector. The property managing agent will provide HIE with an all encompassing service ranging from dealing with letting enquires through to rent reviews, lease renewals, sales, purchases and dealing with HIE’s legal obligations including those as a tenant under the various office leases.
