Proposals drawn up for new housing scheme
Plans are being drawn up for a new housing development on more than 70 acres of land in Leicestershire.William Davis is working on the proposals for the site to the west of Tickow Land, Shepshed.The proposals have been revealed in a screening opinion request which has been submitted to Charnwood Borough Council.The number of houses proposed has not yet been revealed.The site is currently open countryside.A formal application could be sent to the authority in the coming months
