Pub site to be transformed into new homes
The site of a Nottingham pub is to be transformed into 17 homes and 11 apartments.The plans for the Woodborough pub site in Woodborough Road were originally submitted to Nottingham City Council by Tuntum Housing.The authority approved the scheme on Wednesday 18 March.Fountain Dale Court will include eight two-bedroom houses, eight three-bedroom homes and one four-bedroom house.There will also be ten one-bed flats and one two-bedroom apartment.
