The services will be required to support the Estates Development capital programme which consists of multiple capital works projects with an annual budget of typically GBP 15 to GBP 25m. The projects range from a few hundred pounds to GBP 5m+ works.The successful service provider will be expected to provide a single source contract to the University maintaining a consistent delivery team capable of delivering the three service elements above. The successful service provider will be expected to provide a dedicated framework manager who will act as a single point of contact between the University Estates Development team and the provider. The successful providers team will be expected to work collaboratively with the Estates Development team and provide added value.
