Redrow secures consent for Devon scheme
Redrow has been granted planning permission for a development of more than 160 houses on a site near Exeter.East Devon District Council has given consent for the first phase of Saxon Brook scheme, located on the eastern edge of Pinhoe.This will comprise 165 properties, with a mix two-, three-, four- and five-bedroom homes, with two further phases to follow, subject to planning.Redrow will make financial contributions to local facilities including over £1m towards education, £520,000 for bus service improvements, and £122,500 towards Exe Estuary habitats.
