Redrow submits £43m Congleton plans
Housebuilder Redrow has submitted plans for a £43m residential development in Congleton.The Deeside-headquartered company is proposing to construct 202 homes on 14 acres of land off Macclesfield Road. There would be a range of one-, two-, three- and four-bedroom homes, including affordable housing.In addition, a large area of public open space and an ecological area to support local wildlife would be created.The proposed development features several different housing types from Redrow’s Heritage Collection.
