Reef Group eyes tech sector with £107m scheme
Reef Group is targeting the tech sector with the launch of a £107m digital campus in Gloucester.The Forum, which is being brought forward in a joint venture with Gloucester City Council, offers a blueprint for city centre regeneration after the pandemic with a focus on sustainability and wellbeing in a new age of hybrid working.Proposed is a 600,000 sq ft mixed-use campus offering 135,000 sq ft of grade A workspace, a four-star hotel with 130 rooms, rooftop restaurant and bar, digital conference facilities, a wellness centre, and a member’s club and rooftop bar.It would also feature 43 one-, two- and three-bedroom apartments, as well as cafes, bars and restaurants at street-level and a new bus station.The Forum will operate at Net Zero Carbon from the outset.The Forum is expected to complete by the end of 2023. Reef Group has appointed agents JLL and Bruton Knowles to target local, national and international tech occupiers.
